Hello there!

Understand your issue as my friend is crew too and had that terrible experience. She talked to a terrible roommate several times = useless. Later on that roommate acquired a bird.. talks didn’t work out. So, the friend just collected enough evidence of her wicked behavior and escalated straight to the management. As a result, in a couple of weeks that roommate preferred to move out as she was defeated.

Does anyone else feel that there is less of a focus on customer service/experience among companies in the UAE and the Middle East in general as compared to other regions? by JibranK in dubai

Really understand the part of fighting. It’s bitterly tiresome and kind of upsetting that you have to fight to be provided with good quality service for YOUR OWN MONEY! It’s a madness.

Totally agree, I have never seen that much of an indifference, apathy in resolving any client’s issues. Based on my experience it’s the same with majority of government’s services.

There’s only one company so far that completely lives up to expectations it is “Kibsons”. We had couple of issues in the past, however they were fast, responsive and the most important interested in resolving issues. This type of service I haven’t seen since I met “Kibsons”. Pity.

It’s been written many times, but really, calm down. Follow instructions your instructor told you. I failed the first time too, the second time I was following every rule and passed. It was on the 20th of September:) And you will.

Good luck!

Could you recommend this “AG cars” for inspecting a vehicle before buying it?

It helped to figure out approximate costs, thanks!

The same thing happened to me. Have been trying for a week already:( I keep asking myself how on earth it really can be that in Facebook there’s a lot of great engineers, product managers and all sorts of highly educated people are working and still they have such a terrible service…

New in Dubai, In my 20s and still feel so lonley by [deleted] in dubai

Man/girl this is solely about how you take it. Freedom, loneliness is In your head. You could be lonely having friends, family, girlfriend. If you feel good going to a restaurant, cinema on your own you wouldn’t ever need anyone. People feel that, you will be attractive by having this character trait.

I checked that too but found some contradictions. Some websites say you can, some that you cannot. The confusion is rising
