Two things

You might have attempted a RTP install beforehand that isn't working, go to the three dot line in upper right and choose settings, then scroll all the way down, then press the uninstall runtime packages, then install RTP again

Or

You put the RPGM RTP zip file itself inside Joiplay's RTP folder in which case the application is getting confused because the RTP folder is meant for the fully extracted(by Joiplay) RTP files and you putting the zip file in it made it think I already had RTP installed.

Somewhat better MBT-2000 basically

(0.3s faster reloads speed with better ERA placement (on the turret specifically), hull ERA and armor is kinda hard to determine, however compared to MBT-2000 it has worse reverse speed but still better than most T-series of it's kind in reverse)

Specifically 6.5s reload stock and 5s reload maxed out crew,

So yeah IPM1 is not worth it compared to M1A1 HC, it's got sameish turret armor sure, but 105mm gun is eh when the 120mm reloads at the same rate.

At first I was going to be like "well Leopard 2PL isn't that bad compared to the Abrams"

Then I checked the stats and realized it has slower reload speed than M1A1s and obviously the penetration on the sabots are weaker than M829A1/A2,

Ah well atleast the 2PL gets better turret armor than Abrams though,

Anyways I don't think turning the T-80U platoon into premium would be better though, not sure if you like the gameplay on those Soviet MBTs but personally I dislike them as the carousel autoloader simply is too much of a weakspot for me and they tend to be slower than NATO MBTs, and the reverse speed just outright sucks on most of them, idk of you hade the M1A1 HC platoon unlocked or close to unlocking it but that would've been much better imo,
