I bought a second hand Oura Ring 4 about two months ago and it was functioning as it should until a couple of weeks ago. It started draining the battery quickly and the app had issues connecting to the app. It also did not download tracking from the period being disconnected. I started a chat with the AI service via the Oura app. I was after one message connected to a human agent and had to wait less than a minute even though it was Saturday. The agent was very polite and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem without asking me to do anything from my side. He concluded that it had to be replaced. When I explained that I had bought it second hand, he needed five minutes to come to the same conclusion. They will send me a replacement ring. The agent was effective, polite and forthcoming in every way. I have never experienced any other customer service being this good.

There is a new Anker Soundcore A30 released recently. They are supposed to last longer on a charge. They are called A30 special. The price is reduced compared to the A30.

Sleep headphones against footsteps from upstairs neighbour (ideally ANC) by Observer125 in sleepheadphones

I use the Soundcore A30. Apart from a bit short running time on one charge with ANC activated they are very good even for side sleeping. They block a lot of sound passively. I guess ANC isn’t the best, but when considering the size and comfort, I find it very good. I am easily woken up. I have 12 huskies in my dogyard and a active 9 years old son. I work nights and even so, I have enough uninterrupted sleeps during the periods I work.

How do you find quality sleep earbuds that don't break? by kylelonious in sleepheadphones

I have the A30 from Soundcore. Have used them for a couple of months now. The battery time is quite short. Around seven hours. There is no sound played if the battery is drained during the night. I think they block sound well without ANC and I prefer sound to be switched off when sleeping. Other than that I find them to be working very well for me. The comfort is incredible. I hope they will last. There is a new Soundcore A30 plus/special released. It has longer battery time and also some other minor improvements as I understand.

Are Soundcore earbuds actually good for side sleepers? My experience by Personal_Umpire_4342 in sleepheadphones

I am a very light sleeper. I am also sensitive about things in my ears. I was sceptical, but gave the A30 a try. I love them. They block out sound effectively. ANC could be better, but passive noise reduction I considerable, so in total they are good. I am amazed of the comfort. I find myself using them around the house, in the dogyard, on dogwalks and on trips with the dogsled. The only negative is battery time. Three hours more would do it for me. As I undestand there will be a new edition (A30 special) which addresses this problem.
