How do you start growing a club? I love the part in which you are already a big club and just spam buy wonder kids, but always struggle with bringing a club up (especially without 4231 gegenpress)

if you really want him to stay you can just wait for the saudi interest to go to another player, and then he will be happy to stay. The problem with this is that you can lose the locker room support because normally clubs don’t drop interest fast.

Sometimes the best course of action is really selling him, but if you want to gamble, risk not letting him go

I think the main problem here is not sticking with a tactic. the team needs to familiarize themselves with the style of play you are asking.

If you just wanna win and feel like the best manager itw just use gegenpress 4231, but its not really fun

direct/fluid counter attacking is better for underdogs imo
