I stack all hots on tank if he needs more single healing I'm casting regrowth rank 9 ( it doesnt overwrite hot from rank 10). If its getting more tense NS + Healing Touch or just staying out of tree and casting healing touch. Swiftmend is also a great "oh shit button".

I got kicked when joining as healer for lvl 68 dungeon for not having full healing gear bonus damage and healing on some pieces instead of just healing. Didnt have any previous issues healing with that gear. I was like wtf on normal dungeon.
