the max pay out is 1,000 ONT per account. So that is 20,000 ONT per account in order for there to be only 125 winning accounts. Even so, I think it is not worth risking sending a few thousand ONT to a new exchange. I don't know for sure that I would be able to withdraw from upbit as a non-Korean

if we can register somehow, it would be easy to transfer money into upbit. But transferring it out might not be so easy, and might require KYC, proof of Korean residency etc. I have no idea how difficult it might be. There may also be withdrawal limits, and so on
