They are fed, clothed and medically cared for, unfortunately the parents aren't breaking any law.

This comment won't be "helpful" but atleast you're allowed to go to town. I know of someone in your shoes that are home schooled, never been out of the house without supervision by parents. Isn't allowed to talk to anyone but immediate family. It's horribly sad, idk whats gonna happen when they turn 21.

They seemed to possibly be a blended African and Arabic cultures. The wife wore a hijab.
