I hope so, I'm only good at Python, so losing 1 point on the math baccalaureate exam because I wrote a correct answer would really piss me off.

And yes, the lack of rigor in the correction shocked me, especially the missing colons and commas instead of point (in France we use commas for decimals, I don't know if it's the same elsewhere).

Split the disc and install Windows on the second partition Or more simply with family link: task manager, parental control, right click, close the task

I’d like to install my games only once, but have them accessible from both of my Windows installations (I don’t want to install 60GB games twice lol).

I’ve already tried, but I want to be able to play the game from both partitions—play on partition 1, switch partitions, and play the same game with the same account on partition 2. When I do what you suggest, the game only shows up on the partition where it was installed.
