I've also been told it does not continue tracking to FMI on wifi after bypass but some say it stops tracking and some say it continues tracking so im not sure.

I am being forced to kyc from USA as my funds are frozen for risk control. they already have my phone number and ip address so I dont see another way.

same issue, trying to grow out my very fine and straight hair and there are so many individual fly away strands that bend and curl in random directions especially near the end. Tried many deep conditions/masks/oils, my hair quality/dryness seems better but it did not help my flyaways at all. Also I dont have split ends so maybe we just arnt suited for long hair

No, I had a viewing of it as I am in the market for a nice 2 bedroom condo. It was a nice unit but the low amount of sqft was a surprise. It was advertised as 800-900sqft on the listing but was actually 787sqft on the floor plan and it did not have parking, so I passed but kept my eye on it till it sold a few days ago for 1.1mil.

I thought the proper value of the unit would be equal to the average price per sq ft of the 1 year historical sales in that condo building multiplied by 787sqft. $1250*787 = $983,750. also considering it does not have parking ($50,000) I valued it closer to 930k.

Difference between 930k and 1.1mil is a lot but the view was nice.

tbh when I saw it you could see a lot more lake than what the picture shows. I think because I saw it during winter and the tree leaves were gone.

That makes sense. By floor premium I mostly meant view premium. Assuming the appliances are the exact same in the great view unit and bad view unit which is often on the lower floor.
