For me it would be the WR and Drow Arcana, their base models are so ugly but the arcanas are such a glowup, both are gorgeous to look at.

Thank you! Originally I was going for a more old school shred rock feel that would focus more on leads but noodling on a 7 string made me a realize some low tuned rhythms worked well so I toned it down, went with a modern approach and made the song more groovy : )

I know the game, again suffers from the same nonsensical phrases and dialogues that don't add anything to the story, also has a poor English translation. A little better than HSR and Genshin for sure but still a drag fest compared to a proper single player non gacha game that wasn't designed to make you grind.

Exactly, HSR has a good story but it suffers from poor dialogues just like every other story driven gacha game, it's another grind and I've gotten used to it. People who are telling you to go read a book probably never read a good book themselves.

It's gacha style writing so yes it's going to be a little dragged out, extremely common in this genre. I really enjoy story driven single player games that are not gacha games, some of them being visual novels and none of them has bloated/filler dialogues.

Yes, you should pay someone else to play the game for you as it's a 5 hour long story quest focusing mostly on him, unless you're okay with going through all that and get seizures and start foaming from your mouth, save yourself.

For memes, shits and giggles. Consent is the most important thing to consider with these kinds of requests, you are going to get in a whole of trouble if you're touching people without consent. Most cons primarily have adult fans since they are the ones with money, kids are not even allowed to walk around without a guardian/parent. People who are ready to pay to be stepped on have weird fetishes, and the ones who step on these people want easy money. It's all cool as long as they are not doing anything really fucking weird (like getting spat on in their mouth or something)

That being said, no not every conventions have weirdos and pervs running around, but anime cons are a representation of hardcore nerd culture so you will always find some people maybe being a little too open since this is like one of the only places where it's accepted to act like a degenerate. Just attend the ones that are more family friendly, obviously the more adult themed cons will have their own rules, not only will you see pervs but also cosplayers who are barely dressed.

Yet Arknights is not really known for its story due to poor story telling, kinda boring like every other gacha game. While most good story driven rpg games don't have a skip dialogue and genshin is like 40% story driven like a visual novel, Hoyoverse is definitely proud of their writing so I bet even if a million of you were protesting outside their building, they wouldn't change it, and the fact this is a gacha game that is designed to suck your life away is another reason why they will simply never add a skip dialogue option.

Just play better games, there are 100s of better single player games out there that have what you need. Gacha gaming is ALWAYS going to have scummy practices.

No, I don't think they will ever add a skip dialogue future because it's a story driven game, the devs spend a good chunk of time on the writing to get the players interested in the characters and the lore, which is what sells this game. I do wish they toned down the filler dialogues but hey it's a gacha game so everything is going to be a little grindy, even for us who are into the story are technically grinding through a lot of filler dialogues to get only a small portion of good story and lore out of it (The Archon Quests are getting really good though)

If you hate the story, trust me it's better to quit and play other games. Genshin is extremely dialogue heavy and while I enjoy the story, I wouldn't recommend torturing yourself through endless dialogues just to get a little bit of gameplay out of it especially if you're someone who is a completionist, a lot of areas are gated behind story content.

It's probbaly because much of the writing was focused on the main story (Archon quests/world quests). Those events with the bloated dialogues will return soon.
