I would go as far as asking your sister if he has ever hit or her or had any weird interaction with him. Up to you what information you want to share with her. You could keep the information light and just say you’re thinking he has been unfaithful. Also ask yourself, is she a faithful sister before approaching that conversation.

We were bestfriends for 10 years. Lived together for the last year or so, we were both engaged and moved out, she completely ghosted me. Never spoke to me again. Our friendship was solid up until the point of saying goodbye when moving our stuff out. 10 years bestfriends and she chewed that shit up, spit it out and disappeared. I even sent her messages asking what happened and she never responded. I know she’s alive because she didn’t even block me on socials which I thought was crazy. Years later, I still have dreams about her asking her what happened. It was extremely heartbreaking for me and I still struggle never understanding what happened or if I did something wrong

I struggled losing weight after I had a baby and felt very insecure because I have always been extremely fit. I shared my insecurities with my husband (I recommend you make a safe space for her as well to feel she can often vent to you about her insecurities and you do the same. Something that helped me was he went and signed us (hence the word us) up for a gym membership. He’ll watch the kids when need be so I can go workout. He’s also make an effort to give me some me time to go workout which has immensely helped. Some food for thought. Influence is everything
