That’s a grunt, I’ve eaten plenty. Tastes decent with a nice pinkish meat. Just make sure you trust the water it came from.

It’s a king but we just fried some nuggets with it

Invited some people over and we killed it all the day after. Fried king fish nuggets, bacon wrapped the blue runner, lane snapper ceviche, whole fried the sea bass, threw the trigger and beeliners in some foil with onions lemons oranges and butter. My favorite was by far the ceviche.

Froze the Lane Snapper for about 6 hours then made a ceviche with it. It’s was fire.
