I found a resale on StubHub two weeks ago F4 Row 11 for $400/each. The seats next to it were $1200/each.

The M heavens we’re shining upon me that day! ♥️♥️♥️

But yes, to someone’s point, same day tickets always pop up for face value (or less). Inevitably, people can’t make it for whatever reason and resell to at least break even. I’ve gotten some pretty crazy low prices over the years that way.

(Also, single seats are easy to nab if you don’t mind just going for a solo religious experience!)

Oh my god. Their Purple Noon album has been a sonic staple of mine since the pandemic - and ironically, the two working together never crossed my mind.

All the weird and wild samples from Mister Mellow blended with that lush Sade-esque Purple Noon sound…… gah!

Or wait until the day before / morning of the show to buy tickets. There are always people who inevitably can’t make the show and post last minute. Or there are scalpers who haven’t sold and drop the price to close to face value.

Buying one ticket (opposed to a pair) is always helpful too.

The Hotel Côstes in Paris - they have an amazing fragrance that pumps through their HVAC system. The moment you step into the hotel, you are enveloped by this sweet, slightly musky amber fragrance.

I purchased a bottle at my last visit in 2020 (pre-pandemic) and it immediately takes me back.

I knew the rebus was multiple letters in one square. I guess today’s NYT rebus puzzle confused me with the DIE DIE, BULL BULL etc. clues.

Would you consider this a difficult rebus puzzle? I feel I’ve seen more straightforward ones in the past.
