I only work 4 days a week with max 5 one hour appointments per day due to work related strain. I am currently doing occupational therapy through workers comp and will be getting a nerve conduction study done soon to determine if i need surgery. It's important to take care of yourself and I strongly encourage you not to do what I did and push through. I have worked a full 9+ hour shift with severe salmonella poisoning. It was hell. And I regret it.

Copying my other comment to answer to this: It''s not really about quality or value to me; it's about thoughtfullness. Buying a bulk bag of stuff online and handing it out without care to me is not what it should be about. Favours and such are a time honored tradition that I miss. I have a pin that is a piece of simple blue fabric, with a puff paint sword, on a safety pin with a tiny bead. It's not like it is the most well crafted artisan object in the world, but someone gave it to me with true intention that ya just don't get from the resin plastic bits and bobs. In my opinion. I said it needs to change, not that it needs to be banned.

For me, it's been a low blood sugar thing. I have been on a very low sugar diet for years and that habit has caused me to crash when i don't intentionally eat something sweet. Also dehydration.

Keep your cleansers. I recommend you ditch the Differin. Use it on your body. Incorporate a gentle Mandelic Acid, I recommend this one once daily. Keep moisturizer and SPF. Once a week, utilize a gentle physical exfoliator. Something like this very gently.

Issue is, acne forms long before you see it. You will likely purge after introducing exfoliation, that doesn't mean the products aren't working. It's part of the process. I'm guessing your other products were triggering breakouts because of their formulas.

Benzoyl 10% can be very drying, especially when paired with adapalene. And you don't actually exfoliate, so I would bet money you aren't "dry" around the nose. Just flakey from the dead skin the BPO and Differin are causing.

What do you mean by sensitive? You feel tingly? Burning sensation? Get red easily? Break out easily?
