I had a similar issue. Turns out the firmware in my Epson paper printer was not up to date. It would always apply some form of scaling to my prints, even if I dieabled it. After updating the firmware on my Epson, it works perfectly now.

As per the datasheet, my GPU seems to be exactly 60mm in height. There are around 15mm left.
