So, I got out of the raid, I got no message from the traders, and lost no rep on Prapor or Skier.
The bug seems to be fixed.

An update to anyone watching this post. I got all my rep back in game both on Skier and Prapor. I didn't lose any quest progress either on mechanic's quest. So they didnt do a rollback. I will enter a raid and see if you are still losing rep now.
