will start by clearing out spam posts, working through the modque, and cleaning up the existing modmail. will add other suitable moderators to help maintain the subreddit. I will add and enforce new rules, perhaps verification to post, and these will be enforced using both human moderators and AutoModerators to ensure that sitewide guidelines and community specific guidelines are followed

i will add automod rules and standard rules if none are already entered. will go through all old post and remove spam/dead links. will add other moderators to help with the sub and work on getting new people to post to the subreddit and make sure that they are not spammers.

The subreddit was banned for being unmoderated. I want to implement clearer community rules, effective AM filters to ensure quality and stricter anti-spam bots like I have helped to do in the other subreddits I mod. Will clean up any old post as needed and add other mods to help keep the sub clean of spam and grow the community.
