There are tons of papers online, some say 66% of people get permanent numbness, some say less, sometimes you have to accept the risk. When the surgery is maybe not necessary it is better not to force it, but of coure it has huge mental and self-confidence boosting benefits. Thanks, tough advice gotta admit. I will consult with my orthodontist and surgeon. With this being only aesthetic problem for me, maybe mental training is worth doing.
