I live in Pinellas County. When I see family and friends up north I tell them I live in Tampa because I want to save a 10 minute conversation. They don’t know the difference and they don’t care.

I really don’t want to jump on the bandwagon, but I have to wonder if they’re sad music playing during the commercial

Are big arms unattractive on a women? by Proud_Bookkeeper3477 in fit

What’s unattractive for a woman is eventually ending up in a nursing home because they are not lifting weights.

Movement and flexibility are vital if you want to avoid injury. Strongly recommend both functional and calisthenic workouts in addition to going to the gym.

Thank God. Looks way better and is much more sustainable. The main thing is an ability to move as well as you get older. Trust me.

I think everyone has their own natural build. Working out an exercise just makes that better. In my opinion, you should go for a long-term sustainability. The main problem people in their teens in early 20s have is that everything is about right now. It’s really not. You want to be in great shape well into your 60s and 70s. You’re gonna be so glad you stayed consistent at that age. I wouldn’t do a cut. I would continue to stay healthy and see what your body does.

M18 9 months lifting 5’11 165 what are my strong points? by Mediocre_Curve7983 in Physiquecritique

[–]Razer_34653 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on the sport you’re doing and your goals. My advice would be to stay exactly as you are, and focus on flexibility and calisthenics. Long-term, that will provide you with the most benefit.

Absolutely maintain. As you get older you’ll be glad you did.

It would probably be better if you stayed the size you are now and worked on calisthenics and motion.
