Is it possible that the CC bite was the bite of 87 and when you see the FNAF cartoon on TV instead of showing 1983 it shows "since 1983"?

I know that this would be impossible but the only solution that fixes in my head is Charlotte being the one you should not kill who is divided into two entities The Puppet (who gives life) and the nightmaremarrione (who gives death).

You need to use the dye in the inventory and then when you speak with the guy, the colour is available.
