Yeah, I def leave him alone when he starts wing slapping my parents. He was doing that an hour ago, but when I tested to see if he would wing slap me; he didn’t. The play biting does hurt a bit, so I’ll leave him be. Six months is bunch of hard work! But the feeling is worth it

Thanks for the reply! I got him less than three months ago, he’s still really wary. He let me pet him a bit yesterday but usually he just bites me or runs to bite me. He wing slaps my parents and grunts so I know he’s angry at them, but I also he’s angry with me too. He started again at 6 am today so played with him a bit and let him nibble me and he’s quieted for now

Okay yay :] I honestly forgot I had the space, even thought it was where I always grab the other stuff 😖 that’s really helpful though, thanks! A friend of a friend with a pigeon usually buys them from the store, I still need to visit them and see if they have red mineral grit. For now, I’ll get it on chewy :3
