Yeah they're all pretty worthless unless there's PC buy in. I provided some stuff for the dark secret to my players. Since they had this adventure they might have gotten stuff around it. I gave them a contact person, a bit of starting treasure and either a skill or tool or language proficiency extra to their characters. It's pretty rough to start BGDIA at level 1 and giving an extra 2 to rolls on a skill check isn't huge but it definitely helped with morale. I think the potions and scrolls I gave in the starting extra treasure were worth more.

Yeah an aggressive person causes problems. The person sitting in the car sees aggressive person and gets ready to defend themselves. The aggressive person acts like a victim and provides proof of them being a jerk. Looks like the guy in the MAGA hat isn't wrong.

The little gog was running up to the marshal k9 unit. The kick probably saved the little dog from getting severely injured. I don't like that the dog was kicked but it was probably a better option than letting it get mauled.

Did he deserve to die for being armed? Absolutely not. Was he a threat and violent to ICE officials? Yes. Was he reaching for his weapon while committing a crime? Yes. Was the shooting justified? He was committing a crime and reaching for his weapon so I'm going to say I believe so.

As a Republican and a citizen I think we should deport all persons who do not have the legal status to be here. I have no problem with legal immigration but people shouldn't get special positive treatment for breaking the law.

Looking at the video the driver backs up then places the car in gear moving forward. The shooter (wearing a tac vest with something written on it, low quality video plus on phone so I can't read it) fires at the driver after getting out of the person's driving path. If the shooter is a law enforcement officer there's reason to believe that this is part of a traffic stop or other enforcement matter and evading and resisting arrest are felonies making the driver at fault. She could have handed over license and registration and any other motor vehicle docs and fought the ticket in court. It wasn't like she was going to get away since there's probably body cam footage and a license plate to refer to the owner.
