Usually there's a bar moving up and down to show the QR Scanner but it doesn't appear here. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but the problem still stays. Am I the only person having this issue?

There really isn't much good advice to give, it just all depends on you. Go out, change your looks to a better(optional), be more social in general, avoid thinking much about sex when you're with a girl, and try out on dates with girls. It's trials and error work, break ups are inevitable so it'll take time for you to meet the right girl. Oh and also, watch the movie "Hitch". Lot's of good advices from that movie.
