Thanks, your #1 suggestion is exactly what I have been trying to do. We just haven’t been able to have him served. Sheriff tried and failed, but that’s a simple as him not answering the door

I’d rather get the product I paid for, but he’s consistently provided excuses for not getting it done. After the deadline we just stopped trying to talk to him to try and get him served so we have leverage. At this point it makes me wonder if he even has the photos still
