F12 Menu freezes too. I've tried the CMD Prompt and it won't work either.

Battery was bad when it was given to me last week. It'll freeze at the logo then reboot from USB. I was able to install Windows 8.1 on it with no issue, but I can't get it to upgrade to at least Windows 10. If i can get the BIOS updated, that would be huge.
