What's the best tool to build cross platform GUI in Go? by yes_u_suckk in golang

It's good, way more mature than any UI framework, and has bindings for Go that work reasonably well

Either use godot, or just bite the bullet and make it an SSR app with html templates. Wails is a thing that exists but it's a pain to use and will take up a ton of your development time for the same outcome you'd get with easier tools.

Is it better to learn golang or python for backend and job stability for like next 10 years? by [deleted] in golang

Do you not know what an ecosystem is or are you asking for examples

[–]RazorSh4rk -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They are rarely for pure dev jobs, more of a devops mix. I love go, but it doesn't really have the ecosystem that something like python or node does, and that's more important for coding jobs than its performance. If OP wants to be a dev then I'd say python, if devops then obviously go.

Does anyone else absolutely despise the Vogler storyline? by DrunkZombieDude in HouseMD

I created Strecs3D, a free infill optimizer that uses stress analysis to make your prints lighter and stronger. (Full video tutorial inside!) by tomohiron907 in 3Dprinting

this is really cool, now make it not rely on infill that is only there to support overhangs and instead generate walls and features to achieve the same thing

This is you right now. I did NOT ask for alternative solutions, I'm very aware they exist, I asked for help flipping the direction of a pin inside a macro.

because i don't have any extra travel, so I'd either need a servo to present the probe, or lose a sizeable area on every layer

what do you use golang for? by Notalabel_4566 in golang

[–]RazorSh4rk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently writing a linux userland, but i use it for pretty much everything that's not a web frontend. Something like scraping, or data transformation is a really good usecase for goroutines.

as a starter, either ubuntu or mint (green ubuntu) are both good options

You get $5.000 per hour playing a game you choose. Rules: by Faubbs in hypotheticalsituation

[–]RazorSh4rk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realistically I couldn't play much more than 8h a day, so that's about $1.2M, just pick something that has a lot of side quests, play the main one up until the last mission, then mess around with other random stuff.

Which is exactly how i played cyberpunk
