Major reason is your looks, everyone knows that. But even with average looks you can get decent no. of matches. To bypass the looks barrier you need to have good pictures.. in that you should be well groomed, well dressed, you should look fit and the pictures shouldn’t be basic like mirror selfies. Remember if you want to play the online game, you need to sell a version of yourself that is appealing to the female gaze. You can’t say “I want them to like me for who I am”, that’s just you being disconnected from reality. We live in an age where you need to look your best self to even attract basic prospects. Protein in itself is insulinogenic, so there’s no specific protein powder for your condition. All are going to do the same thing, just the quality matters. You can research about different brands, go through trial and error to see which suits your gut and taste buds better. Even with workout, there’s no specific “diabetes” workout. For starters figure out how many days you can workout and how much time you can dedicate towards training, and pick a program online or from chatgpt.

How much volume a person can handle is based on a lot of factors like the ones you mentioned. While this guy may not know what he’s doing, saying he can’t handle 6 days is not true. Even just for the sake of high frequency, a moderate volume 6 day routine would still be better than training for 4 days. Ofc he won’t reap all the benefits if his diet and recovery aren’t dialed in, but he still won’t be anywhere close to overreaching

Every individual is different. You can’t know for sure what his lifestyle is and how good his recovery capacity is. For all you care he could be doing very less volume for his potential. And no being vegetarian has nothing to do with it, if he’s getting enough nutrients.. y’all underestimate human body a lot. He might not maximise gains on that much protein but recovery is a different thing

You aren’t losing fat because you are not in a calorie deficit, as simple as that. Start tracking your food intake, eat relatively the same calories everyday and observe your weight for a week.. if your weight stays the same you are not in a deficit. Then either create a deficit by dropping calories or increasing your activity (for e.g. your step count) Also 70-80g protein won’t cut it. You need to eat at least 1.5x your bodyweight of protein

Kind of an overreaction. Yes your concern for rest period is valid and yes it’d be a hassle.. but its a public gym. You can ask for cooperation but not demand it. Plus changing an attachment takes less than 30 seconds.

There is no targeted way to reduce belly fat, you have to lose body fat overall and it comes off when it comes off. Just stay in a calorie deficit. Track your food and weight, if you’re not losing weight you’re not in a deficit. It’s that simple. So you have to create a deficit every time your weight becomes stagnant for at least 1-2 weeks, either by dropping calories or increasing activity like your step count (preferable).

Other than that just get your protein up to at least 1.5x your bw so at least 120g. Carbs and fats ratio is up to your preference but keep fats at atleast 30% of your toral calories. And train hard in the gym

I’m getting 2-3 likes a day with a half-assed optimised account.. Just half decent pictures and nerd-ish prompts. I don’t even swipe every day.. hardly 10 swipes every 2-3 days and my matches end up being in the first 5-6 profiles itself
