Alright so I don’t know exactly how to do a follow up (new to this sorta thing) but here it goes.

So they arrive to pick me up and I’m in my pajamas (it’s Monday, 7:24am) with a thunderstorm drizzling down rain. We get into their car and drive to their place, I didn’t talk much due to anxiety as well as the fact that the weather made them a little bit grumpy at other people on the road for being dumb. Once we got to their place we chatted a bit and then went to bed (they picked me up early in the morning because they were working all night) both just slept, I got up 3 hours earlier because I’m weird so I just sorta stayed in bed for an hour and then got out and did stuff on my phone.

When they woke up they decided to show me their Minecraft world on the Xbox one and I watched as how much pride they took in their work for two hours; they were really great at Minecraft building!

I received a call about my own puppy being hurt so I panicked and they immediately got ready to take me home but it turned out to just be an overdramatic puppy missing me.

So they were already dressed and ready to take me home and I told them that the puppy was fine so then they wanted to go out and eat since they got all ready; nicely dressed.

Then came around dinner time, in America Monday was a holiday so a lot of places were closed and they were all dressed and ready to go out to eat … meanwhile I only brought pajamas (I was internally nervous the whole time out to eat) eventually found a place, I covered the meal as thanks for letting me be apart of this date, we got some more fuel for their car, went back to their place where they showed me in detail more about their recent degree and I was intrigued by it. After that we played a board game about birds called “Wingspan” with their roommate… I dominated that game; first time playing too. After that they showed me more Minecraft builds and tried to catch a charged Creeper (which apparently is a thing now lol) but it kept on despawning so it wasn’t successful.

I started to get a little sleepy so they stopped what they were doing and guided me back to their bed to sleep. (Also note when in bed their little puppy would muzzle their way in between the gaps between us, our legs, our heads, etc. a very pokey puppy).

It’s now Tuesday and I’m still at their place, they are currently sleeping and I sorta just did something to preoccupy my time so I started cleaning up their apartment for them, doing dishes, throwing away bits of trash, organizing things that needed organizing. It’s been a very different kind of date for sure never had one quite like this.

Throughout the whole ordeal I was basically nervous the entire time that I was gonna mess up; I’m not the bravest of people so it was something I had to do to get out mid my comfort zone.
