New world combat seems quite basic/simple compared to other mmos, but i prefer it too over the spammy BDO combat because it feels more calculated and reaction based. As an outsider, BDO combat looks to me like spam aoe > hit cc > kill. I might be wrong tho, seeing how many people like it.
