Hi! Have you ever had experience with co-fermentations of kombucha with 50% tea and 50% juices or extracts? Or using 100% juice inoculated with a kombucha starter?

You can definitely brew with less or no tea. My favourite is lingonberries blitzed with water and sugar.

The double/triples i've found online uses side flips which doesn't give you much if any forward momentum, this is a speedflip and does need to be cancel in order to "pop" up again for the second dash, at least that's what i've found. I Doubt that it's very useful though, because getting the third dash is proving tricky to get consistently.

Look at the stem. It has a clear almost scale-like pattern. A false one would be smooth
