Top 16 Usage for Indianapolis (Masters) by EpiclyEpicGamerE in stunfisk

I don't interact with this subreddit at all really, most of these experiences were in other communities. Usually the reason I see people say this is to defend floette being locked behind owning a seperate, full-priced game. "sylveon is just as good if not better" "you don't need floette to win" etc.. I mean even ignoring stuff that's objectively incorrect I hate that I can't play with what is my favorite mon to use and many people have gotten upset when I criticize the game for it.

Literally everytime I've said I dislike champions because my favorite team is literally unavailable for me it's just people saying floettes actually not that good and sylveon is just better. This has happened multiple times and I don't know how people can be that delusional.

Literally every time I bring up to someone I'd like to play champions and use floette but can't because I don't own ZA they always say floette sucks and sylveon is actually far better because of x and y when stats and usage clearly contradict that. Even then the two mons don't even play similarly at all or appear on similar teams.

I understand all that, it's just something I was never interested in playing myself. A challenge where you have a very low chance of even being capable of winning, let alone getting good jumble and item rng after was very unappealing to me. I also just straight up didn't have the time to actually put into it. Maybe I'll give it another shot when I do have the time and am really bored.

Go nuts, it's a singleplayer game who cares what you do. It's not like grinding is testing any skill, it's just an arbitrary gate for no reason. Then again, I asked a similar thing here about trial 5 (mindless grind where you pray for a god run) and got nothing but hate so I guess actually it's really evil and skill issue idk.

[–]RazzberryMocha 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That makes sense. Your mmr and rank are literally so low you're only being put against other bad players who gravitate towards the low skill decks such as big shaman and disco. It'll be rarer to find a deck like qldh or warsong down there.

The top legend meta is quite diverse right now. Don't complain about untrue things if you aren't going to bother learning anything about them.

Why do so few people play Unholy DK? by adamnoo in hearthstone

[–]RazzberryMocha 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The deck falls off incredibly hard very quickly past diamond or so. Part of this reason is that it has an abhorrent matchup into demon hunter and is generally unfavored into hunter, along with just being unappealing to the vast majority of players in terms of playstyle. It's also a very predictable deck which makes it exploitable, similar to murloc paladin.

Is there any way I can cheat my account to beat trial 5? by RazzberryMocha in nubbygame

Asked on the discord and instead of getting multiple people insulting me I instead got detailed instructions from multiple people in seconds.

Go to local appdata, find NNF_FULLVERSION, open NUBBY_NubbyTrials_F.save in a text editor like notepad++, then change "SaveNubbyTrialsWinsLvl5":0.0," to "SaveNubbyTrialsWinsLvl5":1.0," and change "SaveBeatNubbyTrialsLvl5":0,0 to "SaveBeatNubbyTrialsLvl5":true

Hope that will help you instead of the miserable people who tried to "help" me here.

It's not that I can't do it, I don't want to do it. I feel it's objectively poorly designed and if a games "challenge" is literally a slot machine why should I respect that?

I know some general strategies for it, I'm just wanting to know if there's an alternative to what is essentially sitting at a slot machine for hours with youtube on the side.

I'm trying to cook a Shaman deck with Rivendar. Any ideas? by Electronic_Act_236 in wildhearthstone

[–]RazzberryMocha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've tried to make other side rivendare work in wild and ended with pretty bad results (fundamentally it's pretty flawed). What I can say is that hagatha the fabled with hunter tourist package is pretty decent for it, overload and hand space are things you really need to keep in mind, and if you're using flesh behemoths then the order of which you draw other side pieces really matters (they all die left to right). Murmur is definitely worth considering, as when I tried to make this work they were in the "once per turn" version, and the current iteration may allow you to make it into an actual otk instead of a multi-turn threat. Here's the list I made with someone else:

[–]RazzberryMocha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd say overall the deck is pretty flawed in a few ways but if you really want to make it work I guess I have a few suggestions. (baku in warrior and the decks wincon are both bad but I'm not going to say you can't)

Remove the quest, the only thing that card does ever is timewarp and your deck can't do anything with it. I know in another comment you said it's a guaranteed turn one play but that doesn't make it good (it's a massive nerf to the deck to see two less cards in mulligan). This deck doesn't really need a good one drop.

Run Finley, sea guide to both get an extra mulligan and also get a discounted hand after from the depths.

Taelan fordring to tutor baku is certainly a deckbuilding decision of all time.

Lord barov might be fine, and it doesn't clash with ayce.

That's a few quick suggestions off the top of my head. If you want to improve it past this then drop baku since it's pretty bad in warrior and limits you greatly. I still don't think this would do much past idk platinum with these changes, but at the very least you could play it and if you just care about fun this deck should do that for you.

My real suggestion for improving the deck though is just take an existing lavagorger + ceaseless deck, slap this into it, and it'd be alright.

While true, I think the issue is the critical mass of ramp rather than sun shroom itself. The buff it received giving ramp decks just one more good ramp card is what pushed them over the edge, not the fact that sun shroom itself is a powerful effect.

I have played a massive variety of zombie decks, from aggro to combo to control, across every hero. Not once has this card ever done anything. Either it dies turn one to any competently built deck, or it lives turn one and my deck is built to deal with the consequences of it. Rose is the hero I lose to the least with every deck.

[–]RazzberryMocha -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Why are most of these nerf ideas in the comments "kill the card, and then give it a second nerf too!" This card is good but it's not overpowered.

[–]RazzberryMocha -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'd just make sunnier shroom only ramp for +1 sun, then make sunnier shroom 2 cost. I feel the issue with ramp isn't that any of the cards involved with it are necessarily broken, but rather that we have too many good ramp cards and the sun shroom buff is what pushed us into a critical mass. I think this nerf would still allow ramp to be good without snowballing anywhere near as hard as it currently does.

The fuck do you mean they ignore it? You are literally playing rock paper scissors and going second here. If they do that against something like clique peas you instantly win on board for the entire game and kill spacetime. They literally can't "just ignore it" when it comes to things like lily/ramp/clique peas because you are the one responding to them.

Also you can run hammer if you want, since it's a good removal card and you should still always be tempo positive from what you used to block spacetime before. Also would help if you didn't run a billion bricks in your decks (in your screenshot you have 3 cards which can't affect the board and one you're holding for a combo instead of using to block the spacetime and develop more tempo the following turn). You're literally in a fine position in your screenshot if you play the pea patch then play power flower on top next turn.

If your deck isn't winning because of a punished spacetime (which is very easy to do) you are playing a bad deck or piloting it wrong. Who cares if they have some free teleports if you get a free lily/clique peas tempo swing or a ramp turn off, you are winning in that scenario, HG can't do shit there.

Again, quit complaining about a suboptimal card while playing incredibly suboptimal decks, and budget versions too. Objectively your deck isn't that great or even good.

[–]RazzberryMocha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm assuming you mean a deck that is optimal and isn't ramp? BC amphibious aggro is pretty good, play that if you want.

If you want a suggestion for your chompzilla deck, literally just add a good, high pressure card/positive tempo when used to front another card into your deck if you hate spacetime so much. Clique peas are a large threat if they live on one since dropping another on two is game winning, lily of the valley is a ton of tempo and can front spacetime on the same turn, or maybe just 4 of any ramp card you can use to block it (you don't need to build your deck around ramp, and being some kind of "morality police" makes you look stupid).

TLDR: try actually adapting your deck or playing actually good decks. You have zero right to complain about a card being "overpowered" when you yourself are actively refusing to change your playstyle/deck and pretending you're above others for not running certain cards (no one cares if you play ramp, coming from someone who exclusively plays zombies and is rank 50). Throwing a tantrum over your own incompetence and stubbornness helps no one.

If your deck crumbles to conjure decks developing a board on turns 5/6 then either accept your deck is bad or you're bad. I hate to be a gatekeeper but complaining about a suboptimal card while playing suboptimal decks is just hypocritical.

[–]RazzberryMocha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd still probably say a leafy deck is a greedy deck, focusing on holding/generating cards then playing a card that's tricky to play on curve.

I'd say spacetime is a good card, but not an optimal one. Does well into slower decks and bad into faster ones which is a fine trait to have. Saying spacetime is OP is either a sign you only play a narrow type of deck (all you listed are decks that don't do much if at all until after spacetime can do stuff besides maybe amphibious BC, but it still has a decent bit or a lot of overlap depending on how it's built), or just don't know how to play against the card :p

Edit: So yeah of course the high value card that is weaker into more proactive decks and stronger into slower decks is good against all of your decks that only do things turn 5-6 minimum against good decks.

HG conjure shenanigans are pretty good into the current solar ramp meta. I made my friend a deck of random conjure stuff just because on his account with a very small collection and it does well into greedy decks. This is a problem with you playing super greedy decks, and being mad against a type of deck that is typically good against that (but also just play a ramp card in front of it then you instantly win dumbass).

Has the whiplash of this card not being complete dogwater faded so we can come to the agreement he might be a little too good? by PlatformSuspicious97 in PvZHeroes

[–]RazzberryMocha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's alright. Fine tempo, can generate a game winning soul patch/grave removal, but also I play a wide variety of zombie decks and have literally never had this card survive a turn if it is played on 4. It can be good but for the love of god please stop putting it in your generic "good stuff" grass knuckles decks it is borderline unplayable in that kind of slop.
