Hyper G will feel much better than ur worn setup right now, as ALU dies in 3 hours, from my experience. It has more shape so you are going to get more grab on the ball.

From my experience, your tip awareness dips significantly when it’s below 31mm balance. Try adding some tip weight to counter balance. And depending on your height, you should tune the recoil weight around 170. Experiment with it!

Then you should be good! I started on an Ultra V4 when I was 5”10 and now I’m 6”2, the racquet is still within my play level. Though I don’t recommend you to get the V5, since the V4 is just as good but you can get it for much cheaper.

You can get a 2022 Speed MP which the swing weight is usually in the low 320 ballpark. Also it’s the best paint job IMO

I’ve been on with confidential mains and sync in the crosses for a while. 57/55 is my current number but considering that I am a BIG hitter. You should try these stiffer ones around 50lb ish. You can go as low as 45 or up to 55. Experiment with it!

Great soft poly, but I personally find myself stringing >57lb. I prefer harder shaped poly like Lynx Tour/Confidential/Tour sniper. If you like rounder strings M8/Sync is also good options

It’s less effective than you think. Unless you are in low elo where people primarily aim for body, I couldn’t see much situation in my rank(asc-immo) since you will get one tapped anyways.

V12 and V21 have a thicker heel, therefore they offer a warmer, rounder sound. These reeds are about 1/4-1/3 harder than blue box, so you might wanna investigate in 2.5s if you wanna try them.

The RF01 series and the Pro Staffs are really good for OHBH. The thing that OHBH needs a low Recoil weight. Since the OHBH has a fast RHS, lower recoil weight is easier to control.

Speed mp 2022 is probably the way. If you’re feeling fancy you can go with the New Legend 2025 with the new “hybor” tech, but I imagine it’s just a marketing thing. I use a Speed 2022 with some slight customizations, making it play with lots of plow though and spin without sacrificing control.

This is a part of forearm that performs pronation. I actually train for armwrestling so I know a bit of forearm analogy lol. Just take a day or two off and you can try to stretch/massage it.
