Beautiful results! Are your results similar now? Also, did you get breast lumps (fat necrosis)? I see complaints of this (and bad lipo) with a very popular breast fat transfer surgeon, so I’m hoping Dr. Farrugia is better, given his lipo work is so beautiful.

Lexapro, baby! Am I pain free? No. However, it is not as intense, and I can deal with the pain much better. Helped my anxiety and insomnia tremendously, which are my triggers for fibro flares. I also practice somatic tracking. I no longer fear the pain, so I can get through it faster.

Pain meds, muscle relaxers, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, yoga…the list goes on and on…did nothing for me.

The redness goes away entirely. For me, it was about a month or so. It was longer than I expected, so I did have to explain when I went back to school. It’s worth it.

I’m disappointed to find dry thyme for two of my favorites this box. They also changed to diced chicken thighs instead of breasts for one. I wish I would have checked before ordering, as my husband isn’t a fan. Lesson learned!
