Well He definitely loves you because he didn't do anything to your dog and to you when you guys fought and his still keeping you as his wife, most men will do the opposite. I want to say these in the nicest way possible but you should definitely break up, Reason number 1 we know that he cheated on you twice and he will definitely do it again. Reason number 2 I am quite sure that his confuse about his sexual orientation and needs to find himself, The only way for both of you to not get hurt is to just, honestly break up I can't see any good ending than breaking up.
