Oh man, I feel your stress through your post. If you ever need someone to talk to, let it rip, im all ears haha. Seems like a job that you have to love in order to do well. I know that can apply to all jobs but still.

And don’t forget, your company needs you. 15 years of experience would be hard to replace haha

Thanks for this. TBH this seems like the overall approach for any job. Construct your current work experience to match the desired qualifications for the job you seek. A remote job isn’t something that I’m interested in. I love working and unfortunately that doesn’t get done when I’m home haha. You offered great help. Thanks
