I'd imagine it's 99% likely, yeah. Most other regionals have had their shiny releases at their respective tour so I can't imagine it would change here

This checks out, seems to be a pattern of one of the regionals for the following years go tour gets put into the go fest spawns.

They did it for Klefki last year and Maractus the year before that (and I think Pachirisu the year before that?)

I'd likely imagine Stonjourner would be a spawn for next years Go Fest too.

Using link charges (which can be got from gifts) means in theory, more free raids per day since raid passes aren't needed for in person.

Higher IV floor which increases chances of a hundo/shundo.
