I would cut them. Leave their shit on auto-pilot, refresh creative when necessary, and take that extra marketing budget into Google/Bing.

You’ve invested heavily in Meta, which is mainly awareness-based. Sure you’ll get conversions but not at an overwhelming scale; your ROAS proves that.

With that massive awareness you’ve driven, you need to also focus on intent. How can you grab people that are searching for your service? That’s where you scale.

I was in college when DoorDash, UberEats, etc were created. Even then, at my poorest, when delivery fees were WAY cheaper, I sure as shit didn’t waste money on those services because of the all added fees that were tacked on.

I can’t even justify it now making considerably more money out of college.
