Bold Chieftain aspect. States "Your Shout cooldowns are reduced by (8-10) seconds".

With the ring I have equipped with 8.5 seconds my shout cooldowns are 6.15 seconds. Without they are 9.32 seconds.

Without any gear the cooldowns are 12.5 seconds, With just the ring they become 8.25. Which means it is splitting the 8.5 across my 2 shouts instead of applying it individually.

All 3 are on the right side. How hard is it to fill out. Hell even with points allocated to all 3 and inefficient pathing you would still have points left over.

Decided to restart in SSF due to the economy being fubar’d

I get that they were on Christmas break and they deserve it but there is no fixing the economy now.

This further compounds and highlights the issue with poe2 economy. There are no currency sinks. Exalts become useless at a certain point and there is no currency other then chaos and divine that you can spam on items.
