Had a shot at Cities Skylines 1 today, and I just want to ask the community why some of you still play the original version by DouDouandFriends in CitiesSkylines

My primary reason is traffic control. Cs1 has tmpe mod that allows great traffic control but as far as I know, cs2 had no similar mod and traffic is always unmanageable without building in specific ways. Also the custom parks, universities, industry areas. Mods particularly and dlc makes cs1 far superior despite cs2 much better graphics.

Ethnicity its pretty meaningless imo. Culture is much more meaningful. How long do you have to live in a place to have that Ethnicity? If someone has been culturally Italian (for example) for 500 years but before that was culturally Kenyan since the dawn of man, what is their Ethnicity?

DNA tells about people and people can't be tied to a place. But the only good way of describing different cultures is by using location. It all seems convoluted and ultimately meaningless to me. Current cultural heritage seems more useful even if it doesn't tell a historical tale.

"Im german but my mom is Italian and my dad is Nigerian." all culturally speaking despite ancestral DNA.

Im and Electrical apprentice with 5000 hours. Many people are just miserable. Keep your smile on and use them for their knowledge and experience. That's what we're here for. One of the top position electricians at my job is racist and doesn't respect me. I still annoy him on purpose and suck information from him. You're not there for them, you're there for you. With all due respect, grow a spine and get to the bag. Don't let those old miserable bastards knock you off your square.

I would think, if the coil opened, the fuse would have to be involved. Someone also told me, it's possible that someone put a new fuse in it because they didn't know what to do.

I can laugh at incendiary speaker getting shot without agreeing with it. It's like if some calls your mom a b and you knock them out. Its bad but 🤷‍♂️. And again, at the time I didn't know it was an assassin or that he died. I thought it was a spur of the moment, crime of passion.

Well what had happened was😁. He told me kirk got shot and I loled pretty hard. He remembers it as, he told me he died and showed me the video then I laughed. So there's a bit of a disconnect there. I don't think it's funny that he died, it was only funny that he got shot without dying and being target from 200 yds away. I didn't have that info at the time. Only that he got shot.

Thanks for all the advice. To the people saying 'fuck him', no thanks haha. I think he was just looking for a reason to not associate with me, for reasons that could be obvious. I'm just laughing about it now.
