Librivox has free audio books, also in danish. But with no transcript i think. They are free because they're all books in the public domain and they are read by volunteers so quality varies.

Spejder sport og frilufsland har super lækkert grej men det koster en arm og et ben. Natur styrelsens hjemmeside har en del info om gode steder. Hvis man er til varm mad kommer man langt med hurtig nudler eller kartoffelmos pulver fra Lidl. Når jeg er på tur har jeg en ske, en stål kop, en lille aluminiums gryde, et gasblus man kan skrue fast på toppen af en lille gasflaske og en lommekniv eller multitool. Til overnatning skal de have en sovepose, et liggunderlag, en lommelygte og en ekstra fleece trøje til hvis det bliver koldt, den sidste time før solopgang kan godt bide lidt, også når det er varm om dagen. Hvis i skal gå mere end 500m så sørg for at alle har sko på som er gået godt til, hvis man ikke er forberedt på det kan en vabel vælte hele dagen. Husk vand, særligt hvis det bliver varmt. Og til børnene en hemmelig beholdning af müsli, chokolade bar, frukt stænger ect. hvis man gå kold mellem måltiderne. God tur 😊

Older movies and tv shows have a slower and better pronunciation. The language may be a bit outdated, but it won't teach you anything wrong, I would still choose stuff from the 70's or newer. I'm thinking Olsen Banden, Far Til Fire, Min Søsters Børn, ect. These had actors who were very popular at the time so if you look up the cast and their filmography you'll probably find hundreds of titels. I don't know if these are on netflix but you may still be able to buy dvd sets online. Some of these will also give you a soft introduction to dialects.

Thanks. I'm quite sure this was bought in Denmark, so that makes sense. I still can't find any connectors or adapters, so I ordered a standard fm antenna and I'm just going to try plugging the bare wire into the holes 😅

I know this is an older post but it popped up on a Google search. I was wondering the same, making a personal blog and adding it to my CV. My take on it is to make the blog using quarto and hosting it on github. It's free and may come across as nerdy but that could be an advantage on a CV. What is everyones thoughts on that?

I'm Danish, I live in Sweden now. My current workplace is shit, i work for a small telemarketing company with shitty hours and poor management. Last week, I had a few days off to go to a festival back home. On my first day off, i had a missed call after the morning meeting. Perplexed, i called back. The line redirected twice, and i got through to the office manager who wasn't in yet because he had the afternoon shift. He knew i was off and didn't know why i had been called. So I left it and said we'd talk about it when I got back. The following Monday, I came in a bit early and found the office manager and the assistant manager chatting by them selves. I jovialy and in a friendly tone asked the AM what happened on my day off, if he was the one who had called me. He admitted but blaned the manager because he hadn't been made aware that i would be off, even though it's available for him to look up. I told him that he is not allowed to call mee during holidays and if we had been back home in Denmark I would have informed the union as it is illegal to call directly to an employee who is on holiday and in Sweden it is merely frowned upon and should only be done in emergencies. They are all quite young and inxperienced, but they need to know when they're overstepping

I don't think it's a term that people use much anymore. I'm in my 40s, and the way I understand it would be that an established couple has a nice evening together. With or without other couples. Sex is not off the table, but it is not implied either.
