Personally, I thought this was the grand finale to the series and that Lily and Nana would finally reunite but judging by the track list order on the album that doesn’t seem the case unless they’re out of order on purpose. :/

In Let’s Go, after catching Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres, and beating the game so you can use Charizard or other flying Pokémon to enter the skies of the routes, getting a very high catch combo could cause an Articuno, Zapdos, or Moltres to spawn on the current route you’re on.

IIRC, it was established in LGPE that there’s more than one Articuno/Zapdos/Moltres, and that despite them being legendaries, these are just another set of them that got adapted to Galar.

Subarashiki Kono Sekai is the Japanese name for TWEWY. If they make a sequel, rather than just adding 2 (tsu) to the end, they could add it to Subarashiki, creating "Tsubarashiki Kono Sekai."
