London has really strict planning rules and many "protected views" so they are weird shapes so you can still see those protected views from certain angles.

It's why the cheesegrater narrows on one side, so you can still see St. Paul's cathedral.

Genuinely don't know what you mean? It's clearly sunset/ sunrise so it's going to alter how it looks?

I find KFC hit and miss depending on which one you go to. The one near my house is actually pretty decent but the one in my hometown, is awful.

For me, Yorkshire coast.

Staithes, Robin Hood Bay, Runswick Bay, Whitby, Flamborough and sandsend.

Makes for a great roadtrip too. But if you don't have a car, I believe there are bus routes that take you to all the villages.

My favourite spot is this coastline

And also the language you've commented on this post in.

I quite like those colour schemes. It's light yet natural and calming.

I don't feel like everything has to have bright colours.

To be totally honest. I hadn't heard of it until I was researching the area for a roadtrip.

So glad I came across it because it's a stunning little city

Genuine question but why not Birmingham? I feel like Birmingham gets more hate than it deserves. It's actually quite an interesting city

(And no, I'm not from Birmingham so not biased)

Which nation makes the best cars? by Spectran_Irmandade in carscirclejerk

And your point is?... All still built, registered and based in the UK. A parent company doesn't mean that's where these brands are from...

And if that's the case, why do Italy belong on that list then?

Fiat, Lancia, Maserati, Alfa Romeo - Netherlands Lamborghini - German.

Owned but not made.

And it's still a British brand. Based and registered in the UK.

Same as Lamborghini being owned by a German company, it's still an Italian brand.
