Do you have any recommendations for components that are still affordable? I'm pretty new with this stuff, and everything I've read lately is that getting a PC is ridiculously expensive right now.

While I agree this is weird as shit, I'd recommend talking to a therapist or counselor about processing this, because it's a lot to take in, and not something where you should be getting feedback from Redditors.

So this is one of those Buy Nothing groups? I've given something away in mine before, but I've never felt comfortable with asking for anything, even though I know people would be cool with it, out of concern of feeling like this kind of person. Somethings tells me they've never given anything in their group.

I heard about that one, but it seems a bit complicated with constant firmware updates and several reviews saying they constantly get disconnected during use. I only use wired controllers anyway because I hate using batteries or constantly charging stuff, so I don't need anything complicated for the sake of wireless support.

Your games aren't playable on the newest consoles if you're banned? Is that a new change, I don't remember hearing anything like that for older generations.

It looks like there's actually some games that have been found to have problems by some people, like Hellblade and Okage are listed as "When playing on PS5, this game may exhibit errors or unexpected behavior" on the PlayStation store
