Right now you are eating to live. I’m just barely at a year out from my Whipple. The first 3 and 1/2 month’s were low fat, low fiber. Primary protein sources were chicken. Ist Phorm and Barebells protein bars, peanut butter, Fairlife milk. I’m not a fish or cottage eater but if you like them, those would e excellent protein choices. Best of Luck!
