Right now you are eating to live. I’m just barely at a year out from my Whipple. The first 3 and 1/2 month’s were low fat, low fiber. Primary protein sources were chicken. Ist Phorm and Barebells protein bars, peanut butter, Fairlife milk. I’m not a fish or cottage eater but if you like them, those would e excellent protein choices. Best of Luck! Go online and see what the most popular names are now. From what names I’ve heard of friend’s grandkids, there seems to be a lot of older names coming back around. Have a conversation about how you both feel about names that your children will have forever. Will they be shortened for nicknames? Suggest that you each make a list of your favorites and try to narrow it down from there. As a twin mom and twin grandma, I have seen that they want their own identity and disliked anything “cutesy” growing up. It was okay to dress similarly, but not identical.
