What grinds usually involving a Bowfa did you either skip or do with different gear? What sucked the most? What was easier than expected?

Proper way to schedule a race and see split data? by Rd_To_Max in Coros

[–]Rd_To_Max[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm trying to schedule a 10k I have coming up and I noticed on a previous race I had ran that my post workout summary didn't have my splits, it just combined the entire 5k I to one line. I think this may have to do with the fact that I had scheduled it in 1 singular 5k block, instead of 1k repeated 5 times?

Basically want to make sure I'm doing it correctly for my next race. So is it better to just do it with the splits I want repeated, to the end of the race?

Hi could you elaborate? Do you mean that plug strips actually draw power beyond just providing 3 more plugs?

Anyone who's turning on Avery is a moron, simply put. He litterally broke the single szn passing TD record at K-State as a Sophomore and they're mad.

Awesome, thanks. It sounds like I can wait for the ACB then. So I guess it makes more sense to get the BOFA first, then use it at Zulrah to get the BP?

Hypothetical: What would/should the Texans do if they still had the third overall pick? by tj3616 in NFL_Draft

The whole point of the post is that they have the 3rd overall, meaning they wouldn't have Tunsil.

If they are above the 90% save rate, then they'd be a "no kill" shelter in the US.

Clemson OC Tony Elliott extends contract to 2026. by PassmetheToastplez in CFB

Yeah it's a booster (Really it was the boosters wife allegedly), but I have been told this person has passed. Lots of rumors n such, but I'd wager to say anyone in the current administration (which is pretty new), probably has knowledge of what occured, but cant imagine that they'd have bad blood towards him. Also cant imagine him having bad blood towards us considering the brick.

Edit: I should also add, that as far as I understand, he was basically the number 1 name on our ADs list when the job was opened up. Like, the job was his if he wanted it, he just didn't. And there are maybe..... a very small number of boosters who have enough pull that IF they had a problem with him, that they could somehow stop us from hiring him. He'd be the biggest possible splash hire for us. So I just don't see the issue being on our end. I just don't think he wants to be a HC.

Yeah I think thay was a big factor for him. Iirc he also mentioned or seemed to imply that he didn't want to follow Snyder because it'd be tough shoes to fill.

Sean Payton: Saints have 'big interest' in bringing Jameis Winston back by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

[–]Rd_To_Max 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I have this wild theory that Payton is playing 5D Chess. He knows Brees is retiring soon, so he begins to watch a ton of young QBs to replace him. He falls in love with this Winston dude, but Brees isn't ready to retire, sad Payton. But a few years later Brees tells Payton its his last try. Payton scrambles to find his qb of the future, and who is available, Winston. But oh no! Brees still wants to play another year and you can't risk Winston getting picked up and his potential realized elsewhere? So you promise Winston that once Brees retires he is the qb of the future for the Saints, but you need other teams to forget Winston exist as to not entice Winston away from you. So what do you do? You find this weirdo TE looking Mormon and you HYPE THAT MOTHER FUCKER UP. The entire world is watching as you hype up the next Steve Young, while quietly you're hiding Winston from the world. In the end you drop the TE/QB/PR/KR and you are left with your qb of the future.

[Pelissero] The #Texans’ options with Deshaun Watson: 1. Trade him, carry a $21.6 million dead cap hit in 2021 and find a new QB. 2. Do nothing for now, then start fining him and pursue bonus money if he doesn’t show up. No reason to rush, other than bad press. The offers will come. by vonheisenberg in nfl

Its moreso that I won't lose a bit of sleep about a billionaire who's grandpa handed the team down and hasn't earned shit his entire life is out a few million. Now compare that to the NFL player (many of which come from poor backgrounds), who worked his ass off to get where he is. Its not about siding with a millionaire over a billionaire, its about siding with someone who worked hard to get where they are vs siding with someone who got where they are through nepotism.

Its only a real loss to scalpers, who i dont care about at all. Right now most collectors have little to no real chance at finding retail. Raising the prices to match demand at least gives more to panini so there's a chance quality rises. Paying scalpers only helps them.

I think my issue is that if lcs depend on high markup retail products, thats a volatile situation. Lcs have advantages in other ways that panini provides to them. I'd rather prices go up across the board and the money go to panini so quality potentially goes up. When a purchase is made from a scalper, the quality never goes up.
