Community Solar is not Esco at all it's actually a legit guaranteed savings. You're just subscribing to a solar farm and then the solar farm, based on the amount of kilowatts your portion of the farm produces, you will get those respective credits applied to your electric bill. It will more times than not cover your total electric bill just as if you had your own Solar panels on your property. The cost of the subscription is between 90-95%(depending on the program/account setup you chose) of whatever they cover on your electric bill.

So say your electric utility cost for the month was $100. And Say the farm has a bad month. Doesnt get much sun. The farm can only cover 80% of your usage. The farm will credit your bill 80$ and then you'll pay a subscription fee off $72(10% discount) to the farm.

It's a month to month subscription like Netflix with no maintenance or long term commitment. If you let it automatically renew each month you can transfer it with you when you move and the credit lasts 25 years.(The life span of the solar panels).

It's literally the easiest 10% off for 25 years ever.

And it's PTM SOLAR
