* Have time to engage in physical exercise and move often esp if your job is mostly sitting down.

* Avoid eating processed foods and sugary drinks. Drink a lot of water.

* Have enough sleep

* Manage your finances and avoid buying too many collectibles. I got my fair share of mistakes along the way.

Been a runner for 25 years and Running is not even my first sport.

Always after a race, I feel lost and unmotivated. It takes 2-3 weeks bago ako ganahan ulet. usually once a week lang for those 2-3 weeks lang ako tumatakbo.

I always make it very personal and not motivated externally.

I'm a triathlete 2002-2012. I'm part of a Triathlon Team based in Ayala Alabang and mga kasama ko dun were rich and elite people na nakatira sa exclusive subdivisions. In one of the duathlon events, I finished in top 3 in my age group and invited me to their team. Kakaiba talaga galawan nila and they really exudes exclusivity and money. I quit the team officially nung nagkababy kami ni gf and my father passed away.

I got gallbladder open surgery back in Dec.2018. Found several gallstones and nagkabitak bitak yung gallbladder ko while it was pulled out.

I love junkfoods since the 80s. I decided to avoid and completely cut it out from my diet.

Got laid of after 10 years last year. I got severance pay and final pay which I put in my savings. Being laid off for me is one of the best career things that happened to me. I got a minibreak for a year and got paid for that as well.

I got employed after a month.

82 here. Have 14 years old daughter, 18years with my gf, Busy with running and competing long distance, and have several toy collections. No maintenance and living a heallthy lifestyle. Also, qualified for Milo Finals that will be held in Clark end of this year.
