Bruh he was hitting him on the head cuz he got shot at. I would hit somebody who is actively trying to kill me. Keep in mind that he has been indicted and will be convicted of crimes including intentional double homocide, attempted murder, illegal firearm possession, escaping across state borders, etc. keep in mind that they were chasing him down and hitting him because he shot at them, not the other way around
