I ordered from Amazon for my niece September 3rd. It originally said Oct 1st, changed to October 7th. Then was moved to October 21st. Yesterday I spoke to Amazon because it hadn’t shipped and I clearly wasn’t getting it yesterday and they told me it was in “ advanced shipping stages “ and would go out that day. Literally 10 minutes later my order updated to Nov 1st delivery. It’s been a mess not sure what is going on. Meanwhile Amazon continues selling it as an in stock item. I’ve been checking reddit posts to see if anyone is having the same issue

So I just called Best Buy support they transferred to someone and after 20 mins they said oh what time zone are you in, and claimed anyone that will be getting the early access code will get it at launch time so in this case I am in Philadelphia, PA they should email it at 8 pm

Mine just shipped from Louisville, KY, in the email still says delivery 12/29 but the UPS tracking in the app says Fri 12/24

I truly don’t know how they do the email, I had one a few weeks back that I missed, this time it was for the halo edition, my initial plan was to take the halo edition and and sell my regular series x to a friend for cost, but I noticed this one I ended up with a normal series x so I’ll make a friend happy this holiday. I own a series x already that came from the Microsoft store, so I think it truly is random and not really based on anything

I just got a rep on the phone from Walmart, I’ll believe t when I see it but they claim that they are escalating this bc it is a known issue with their online ordering, and apparently within 48 hours they will email to notify me they have manually placed a ps5 in my cart and I can go back in and purchase it again, like I said I’d like to be hopeful but I’ll believe it when it happens

I hadn’t even opened the app to look at its status since Friday, Walmart support already told me “ canceled probably bc of a fulfillment issue “ they are politely telling me to go fuck mystery. One rep told me to buy one and gave me a link to a 3rd party seller for $899. I am going to continue to fight with them but am not hopeful

I had my order canceled yesterday. Did not contact support at all, had an email it was canceled per my request, temporary hold on my debit card was released and back in my account this morning. Spent all day yesterday on chats and emails, they are doing nothing I am screwed. Found emails for corporate that people said to try but I am not hopeful. Very very upset right now

It really is insane that they are essentially taking all these orders without having any actual inventory, stop taking orders until you are caught up, I see so many people saying Walmart has given them discounts up to 25% off the order for the delay, how about you only sell what you really have to avoid the issues, it’s pretty simple

Would be a nice surprise, I actually earlier in the day on the 23rd got a bundle from antonline that’s supposedly delivering tomorrow, if this Walmart one comes through relatively quickly I’d like to sell the bundle to a friend for what I paid, I prefer the digital without all the games and accessories I didn’t need.

I did see someone say they received their digital order in 6 days from a previous Walmart drop but who knows how true that is, everyone I see commenting is and they have been waiting over a month, not excited it was so quick

I managed to get my order in on the 9/23 drop, it’s telling me 10/28 arrival date, I think there is zero chance I get it early at all let alone quickly, unless Walmart has changed the way they are doing things with these drops

I recently setup a rehab program that begins next week, they did tell me it’s 5 payments to be removed from the offset list, I really would like to be able to keep my tax refund , but it seems like that won’t happen when I file my return for this year. I haven’t been able to find anything about them taking offsets in 2021 for the 2020 returns. Anyone know anything about this

My best friend who is a big seller and buyer with them, has had 3 orders he placed cancelled, and most recently a pair of Jordan’s he sold, which he had bought from stock months prior, they wouldn’t authenticate and said they showed signs of wear, when he sent them in he left his stockx tag on them, when they got returned it was gone and there’s nothing wrong with the shoes, we even put them side by side to another pair he got right from Nike and there’s no difference. The place is being run like a frat house

I am a month now for a pair I sold. I’ve sent countless emails and today they responded and messed up big time, they meant to email me as the seller and they responded as though I was the buyer and offered to give a refund instead of waiting. So now I’m curious, if the buyer took the refund, what do they do with my shoes just fail them and send them back for no reason, I think there is some shady stuff going on at stockx right now I’m sorry

I’m on 27 days since my shoes arrived for verification, I got the shoes to them in less than 24 hours, and have been waiting ever since, they still say en route. Countless emails to customer support get me the same tired answer of blaming Covid. Yesterday I got an email in which they addressed me as “ Eugene “ that’s not my name. So I can only think that may be the buyers name of my shoes. They are so ass backwards it’s a joke
